The WM1 Series – whether as Multicount 3000 with integrated image processing or SAPHIR measurement and analysis software, manual or CNC – represents a small and handy high-tech system with the highest precision for the measurement of blanked parts, profiles, plastic mouldings, tools, rubber parts, seals and much, much more.
With measurement strokes from 250 x 125 mm to 500 x 200 mm, the series has the right solution for every application. Integrated image processing, TP200 tactile probe and diode laser as positioning aid complete the perfect configuration.
Completely new for screen measurement
The WM 1 is now also available with integrated filter and screen measurement software. Nothing escapes examination any longer! Standard-compliant measurement and documentation of every mesh. Thanks to the Meshchek software, the WM 1 makes quick and reproducible measurement of filtration fabrics, wire diameters, mesh widths and angularity possible!
