GrindTec 2022

17. February 2022

Meet us in Hall 5, Stand 5017

From 15 to 18 March 2022, the GrindTec 2022 trade fair will open its gates to showcase trailblazing innovations and an unprecedented variety of “top topical” themes! Of course, safety is also key – therefore, the event will take place with the nationwide “2G+” rules in place (i.e. access only if fully vaccinated and boosted/recovered, plus tested negative).

GrindTec has evolved into the leading specialist trade fair in the field of grinding technology, and so professionals around the globe are delighted that now after a four-year break, GrindTec is back and ready to go “live” again: 300 exhibitors are expected to participate this year, all of whom are on their marks to present their innovations to the world market.

The Schneider Messtechnik team will be there, too, with a rich array of metrological products, well-conceived solutions and valuable insights – come along and see for yourself what our high-precision portfolio and our expertise can do for you!

For example, how about taking a closer look at the many benefits of state-of-the-art multisensor technology? Multisensor measuring machines make “sense” of measurement: Therefore, we have not only revamped our range of projectors (featuring 3D Multisensor Shaft and Cubic), but have also complemented the 2D multisensor segment by equipping our WM1 300 CNC machines with a fully integrated CNC rotation axis. So please feel welcome to visit us in Hall 5, Stand 5017, and be sure not to miss out on a presentation of our measuring microscope WM1 300 CNC, which – apart from a touch-trigger probe and a laser sensor – now also features a fully integrated CNC axis. “With the WM1 series, we can offer tailormade solutions that are flexibly adaptable to user needs. All machines in the series are the epitome of flexibility, also when it comes to meeting budget targets. The CNC-operated model of WM1 is available with our new measurement and analysis software SAPHIR smart that sets new standards in terms of intuitive use and functionality”, emphasises Uwe J. Keller, Marketing Director at Dr. Heinrich Schneider Messtechnik. “And if an even greater range of programming and analysis options is desired, the system can be upgraded to include 3D measurement software SAPHIR, version 7 of which has only just been released. The CNC-operated models of WM1 can optionally also be expanded into ‘small’ multisensor machines with 6-way touch-trigger probe TP200 and a laser sensor for dynamic height measurement. Their most recent high-performance feature is a fully integrated CNC rotation axis. By the way, either of the two software packages supports all equipment options of WM1.” Boasting a measurement range of 300 x 200 x 200 mm (L x W x H), WM1 300 CNC plays to its special strengths when it comes to measuring stamped parts, plastic parts, rubber parts, milled parts, tools, profiles, printed circuit boards etc. The X-axis measurement range is optionally expandable to 400 and 500 mm. Of course, the measurement microscope can be seamlessly integrated into the manufacturing process.

And that’s it? No way! Quite to the contrary, there will be so much more to discover and look forward to. We will keep you posted here – so please stay tuned.

We look forward to welcoming you at the GrindTec event in Augsburg – the international trade fair for Grinding Technology … and can’t wait to meet you again in person again!
